Originally from Los Angeles, Monica has returned to Southern California after graduating from the University of Connecticut with a double major in Environmental Studies and French. She has worked on water quality policy, economic planning and development research, and land use policy in Vermont, Connecticut, and France and is eager to work towards developing a more equitable sustainable future for Los Angeles.
