Originally from Huntington Beach, Amanda completed a BS in Environmental Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). While on campus, she worked with Associated Students Recycling and the Cheadle Center for Biodiversity and Ecological Restoration. These opportunities and her education inspired her desire to create a more sustainable future. This led her to CivicSpark, where she is excited to work with the Southern California Association of Governments on the Regional Adaptation and Resiliency Project. Amanda looks forward to the invaluable experience of working with leaders in the Sustainability and Climate Adaptation field.
