Jasmine was born and raised in Oceanside, CA, and is looking forward to working just down the coast in Encinitas. She recently completed her Master’s of Environmental Science from Universität Koblenz-Landau with a concentration in sustainability, and holds her Bachelor’s in Ecology, Behavior, and Evolution from UCSD. Jasmine has previous experience working in the sustainability department of a small nonprofit, and is excited to engage in climate mitigation and adaptation on a local government level. She is particularly passionate about environmental advocacy and engagement, and is looking forward to empowering local communities to better understand and participate in climate action.
