Carly is from Richmond, Virginia. She recently graduated summa cum laude from Emerson College with a BA in Writing, Literature, and Publishing and is currently pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability at Harvard University. She is excited about bringing her writing and storytelling background into the sustainability sphere and is thrilled to begin the work with SMUD to adapt current utility programs and practices to support natural climate solutions, expanded urban greening, wildfire mitigation, and pollinator populations!
