John recently completed an M.A. in Linguistics at UC Davis, where he also completed a B.A. in the same field. In addition to these experiences, John has worked in the fields of sustainability and clean energy, and he hopes to continue that work with CivicSpark and the California Energy Commission. When he isn’t busy studying languages or trying to save the planet, John enjoys reading, taking long bike rides, and dancing.
