Caroline Webster is a lifelong Midwesterner. Born and raised in Cleveland, she attended Northwestern University to study Earth Science and Environmental Policy outside of Chicago. Spending her life on the Great Lakes, she has always appreciated the privilege afforded by bountiful fresh water. So, she is incredibly excited to move to the Central Coast to help combat water insecurity in the region. She will be helping wastewater treatment plants increase climate resiliency and looks forward to starting a career in water sustainability and natural resource management. Outside of CivicSpark, Caroline is excited to spend her free time exploring California’s parks and visiting its many vineyards.
