Fellow Bio
Adrian is a California native and graduate of the University of California, Riverside where he earned his B.A. in Public Policy with a policy focus on Economic and Environmental Policy. During his undergraduate studies, he became interested in understanding some of California’s biggest policy issues, primarily California’s housing and homelessness crisis.
Prior before entering CivicSpark, he was an AmeriCorps VISTA for the Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura as a Technology Outreach Coordinator. He is excited to start his career pursuing policy in climate action and planning as a CivicSpark Fellow with the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG).
