Rofannie Chan is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Environmental Biology and minors in Urban Agriculture and Regenerative Studies. She enjoys martial arts, reading, writing, listening to music, hiking and learning about new subjects and topics. She returns for a second year term in CivicSpark serving at Reinvent South Stockton Coalition, working on building capacity for the county’s Public Health Services and to implement the county’s recent 2023-2025 Community Health Improvement Plan. She will be working on community engagement on public health between the local community/residents and public agencies that serve the area.
